We recommend you bring no more than three guests along with you. Bringing more than three guests can take the focus off of you and your experience.

If you plan to wear a strapless bra with your gown please bring one to your appointment, as we do not provide undergarments. We do have plenty of heels for you to try on with your gowns. Also, please do bring an open mind with you as your trying on different styles of gowns. Many brides find their gown on their first visit, so don’t be surprised if you do the same!
A trunk show is an in store event where the featured designer sends their newest collection that is typically not in stores yet. These events usually last up to three days. If you find your dream bridal gown at a trunk show, be prepared to order that weekend, after the show they will no longer be available to try on.
I haven't found a gown yet and my wedding is happening in a few months. Can I still get one in time?
We will be happy to work with our designers to identify any rush ordering opportunities for in-stock inventory. A rush order fee will apply. You are welcome to purchase a gown off the rack.
Designer recommendations are to order 8-9 months before your wedding. This will provide you plenty of time to complete any necessary alterations you may need. Custom or special order gowns require additional production time too.
Our bridal gowns range from $600 – $3,000 however; the median range for our gowns is approximately $1,200. While we order dresses in for most brides, mothers-of, prom-goers, and pageants, dress samples may be purchased off the rack too.
Our prom gowns range from $200 – $600 however; the median range for our gowns is approximately $400. While we will place individual orders for prom, shoppers may also purchase off the rack.
In order to hold a dress from off the rack, you will need to pay your dress deposit which is 50% of the dress cost. Upon payment, the dress will be removed from the floor and prepared for you to take home upon full balance payment.
- Keep in mind that you may need alterations for your gown. You will work with our seamstress team to identify any necessary alterations and receive a quote for the work that will be done.
- A shipping fee will apply when ordering a dress.
- A deposit is required when ordering a dress including bridal, maids, mothers-of, social occasion, prom, tuxedo or pageant item. Deposits will vary depending upon the item being ordered.
Upon committing your deposit for order you will have 24 hours within which you may cancel. After that, you will remain committed to the order regardless of changes that may occur with your event and will pay the remaining balance on the ordered item(s).
Upon notification of the arrival of your order, you have 15 days to pay the remaining balance of your order and to pick it up from the shop.
